Five months after the birth of my second child I started training with Romeo. Within a short time he systematically- in varied training units- built up my condition. The training comprised Pilates, Kick Boxing, Circuit Training and TRX. This individually tailored program has resulted in a considerable improvement of my physical fitness and precise strengthening of individual muscles, both enabling a deep healing of back pain and tensions.
As a former high performance athlete, Olympic-Bronze Medallist and 2x European Silver Medallist for the 400 metre dash & 400 metres hurdles I required a personal coach capable of putting together a suitable high intense training program to that fit my needs. Romeo is one of a kind! We've met coincidently in May of 2015 and I tried one training session with him and I was hooked! I'm a fitness addict and I a train at least 5 times a week, so I know a professional when I see one. Later I made sure that I arranged for training with Romeo during my next visit in July, and what a great workout it was! He's both a motivator and a very skilled trainer when it comes to fitness and exercise! With every session I experienced a new forceful workout which concentrated on both my core and the parts of my body that aren't as strong as they should be. In my training with Romeo we set the main training focus on muscle building in the upper back region to improve my body posture from ground up. The training took place in a nice atmosphere; through a variety of motivating exercises I managed to get a grip on my bad body alignment in a short period of time.Romeo provides a wide repository of different exercises. I have been training regularly with Romeo for quite some time. He is an excellent motivator and surprises me with a constant stream of new ideas and work-outs. Romeo Jackson has been my personal trainer for the past eight years. We have a one-hour session, once a week whereby Romeo assesses what I need to do to ensure I stay physically and mentally fit. He frequently pushes me to my limit, but Romeo is always a teacher and coach. He has taught me dozens of exercises I can do freestyle or on the weight machines. These exercises allow me to do “fitness on the go” when on vacation, with or without a fitness club, with or without weight machines. I first met Romeo some 3 ½ years ago in front of the Fitness First Gym in Frankfurt. Meant as a Joke, I asked him: What is it I need to do, to have your Body”? He replied: “Let’s talk“.
